Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews.
