Appartement (Ferienwohnung) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Ferienwohnung von 55 m2 als ideale Unterkunft in Banjole für 2 Personen mit kleinen Kindern. Außerhalb der Ferienwohnung ist Teil des Parks mit Gartenmöbeln, die im Freien zum Sitzen und Essen genutzt werden kann. Diesem Teil haben Sie einen direkten Zugang von der Küche. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Flur mit Einbauschrank. Von der Halle ist der Zugang zum Badezimmer mit Dusche, Bidet, WC. Vom Flur ist der Zugang zu einem großen Raum/Wohnraum mit Doppelbett Dimension 160/200 cm.

Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Tisch für 2/3 Personen zum Essen, Sat-TV, ein Sessel mit der Möglichkeit der Öffnung und so ein Bett (Dimension 140/200cm) zu bekommen, geignet für die Eltern und Kinder. Das Zimmer ist von schönen halbrunden Fenstern beleuchtet. Von der Halle ist der Zugang zu der Küche ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Geräten: Herd 4 Gas, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine für die deutschen Gäste, Kaffee Espressomaschine für die italienischen Besucher.

In der Ferienwohnung finden Sie alle Arten von Reinigungsmitteln für die Hygiene. Für bessere Hygiene benutzen wir ein zusätzliches Dampfgerät. Der Preis beinhaltet Ventilator, wlan Internet, Bettwäsche (alle 7 Tage gewechselt), Handtücher (3 Stück/Person, jeden dritten Tag gewechselt), Tischdecken, Geschirrtücher. In der Ferienwohnung ist ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und Fön. Wäscherei ist möglich, in Absprache mit dem Eigentümer im Raum von Villa der mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist.

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und Hundefreundliche Vermieterin.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit Getränken, Keksen und Hundeleckeris begrüßt. Da wir alle so brav waren 😄 wurden wir mit Ihren Kochkünsten und Hexe mit Leckelis verwöhnt ..... besonders die Thunfischcreme war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank, für diese schöne und erholsame Zeit bei Ihnen.
