  • Welcome to this beautiful and new property located in a quiet residential area in Banjole, just 4 km from Medulin. It is an ideal retreat from the stress of everyday life, yet only a short drive from the beautiful beaches and other well-known tourist attractions. The interiors are bright, well furnished and modern. On the first floor there is the equipped kitchen with the dining area and the living room with direct access to the terrace. The property consists of three bedrooms, two double and one children's room with bunk beds. Outside you will find a cozy pool, a covered terrace and the lounge area. There is also a barbecue for delicious dinners. The entire property is walled and protected for privacy during your vacation. The property is perfect for a family vacation!
    From the property to the beach is 2 km and the distance to the center is 3 km. The nearest grocery store is 800 meters from the vacation property. In 400 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
