Elegant and stylish apartment with fine finishes, well-functional furnished for cosmopolitan tourists and travellers from all over the world.  
  
Located in an ancient courtyard, it presents a shared garden and a large square.  
  
The bus station is just a 10 meters away and a few steps from bars, restaurants, markets, laundromats, pharmacies.  
  
The house is located at the first floor with an easy access offered by the elevator.   
  
A very strategic and comfortable place either for business and leisure.  
  
With multiple beds, this gorgeous apartment it's ideal for travellers.   
  
The room is very practically and functionally divided and the reasonable price makes it a right place either for single tourists and small groups of friends to stay.   
  
Two single beds are available at the upper floor and a sofabed at the lower one.   
  
The bathroom is equipped with amenities: hairdryer and a radiator with towel's warm-up function. A mirror with direct lightening completes the space.   
  
Other than towels differently sized, you'll find a free welcome-kit with sheets, blankets and all the essential for your stay to be perfect.  
  
Large free parking with charging pedestals.   
  
Private box available at any time and free for guests.  
  
In the nearby square, there are two restaurants, a bar and a tobacco shop.  
  
Located in the province of Modena, it is a few kilometers away from big cities like
