"Good location, very close to train and bus station and 2 miles out of city centre and from Co-op live arena and Etihad stadium. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Good breakfast which was nice to be included. Hotel itself is a bit dated and tired, but clean and has all facilities needed for a short stay, including parking for a small fee. Only let down was the room next to us was playing loud music from around 3:40am to 5:40qm, despite reception staff asking them to turn it down and then off, however, this is not a negative reflection at all on the hotel, and the reception staff member tried to resolve the issue in a professional and efficient manner. "

"Clean room and just what was needed for night due to concert at co op live but as we was ringing as we couldn’t sort parking they was just cutting the call off and after about 20 minutes we got an answer "

"Stayed for 3 nights .Big room,enormous bed.Very comfortable and warm.Shower was good and bathroom clean. Tea coffee making stuff. Hairdryer,iron and ironing board all provided. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.Lot of choices,hot and cold. Staff were all very friendly and great customer service.Definitely recommended. "

"A terrible property with broken furniture, broken dishwasher, cupboard doors falling off. There was also no heating and hot water. Was offered 20 compensation by the landlord but they never paid it and also told them it was not enough. They have also not responded to any messages of complaints in recognition of the issues at the property.Really handy location for the football but an overall poor property."
