Great hotel and room but needs amenities nearby- no shops or food options worth mentioning

It was a good experience

Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafés. Clean. Spotless. Friendly staff , and professional. Fatima at the front desk was very helpful and supportive. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Good location
