This is located on an approximately 2 hectare island in a large lake, accessible by a bridge. The house offers everything you need for a great vacation! The light-flooded living / dining area offers space for the whole family. The flat screen TV in the living room receives many German programs. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, fridge, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and television. Bedroom 2 (with its own entrance from the outside) offers a double bed and a wardrobe The door leads to the sunny terrace, which invites you to relax with comfortable garden furniture. The garden has some green areas and is completely fenced. Our park has only 72 units, which guarantees our tenants and tenants a quiet vacation time. Medemblik - 5 km - old and new sailing port - Hoorn 20 km - Enkuizen - 25 km - with port and worth seeing Zuiderzeemuseum - or even Amsterdam 60 km, indescribably beautiful. For children, there is a large private playground with a kiosk next to the small playground on our grounds, free entry for Vislust guests. Coffee terrace and many highlights for the kids, such as trampolines, large slides, wooden train, swings and and and - that can be used free of charge by our small and large guests. Three kilometers away is an indoor swimming pool with a water slide - indoor playground in Medemblik - for children up to 16 years approx. 5 km away. You will find the next port here - historic train station to take the historic train to Hoorn and the long dyke with a pier for round trips. In Enkuizen there is another large indoor swimming pool directly adjacent to a fine sandy beach by the sea. Sprookjesland also in Enkuizen, for children up to 12 years is an inexpensive popular attraction that is often used by young families or grandparents with grandchildren. Golf course nearby. Wir haben 3 Übernachtungen gebucht und sind nach 18 Stunden wieder abgereist. Die Fotos sind 10 Jahre alt? Beim betreten des Hauses kam uns ein erträglicher Gestank entgegen, der aus dem Schlafzimmer kam. Stinkender nasser modriger Holzgeruch der sich nach 18 Stunden in Bettwäsche und Bekleidung gezogen hat. Nach dem Gebrauch von Duftkerzen haben wir den Versuch gewagt, dort zu schlafen. Mitten in der Nacht sind wir durch Husten wach geworden, da der Geruch unerträglich wurde. Das Besteck war dreckig, die Töpfe hatten schwarze Reste am Boden, die nicht zu reinigen waren. die beige Couch im Wohnzimmer war sehr verdreckt. Die Kissen wurden lange nicht gewaschen und hatten Flecken von sämtlichen Vermietern. Die Rollos waren defekt und überall kaputt. Wände waren dreckig, der Boden so alt, dass man ihn nicht mehr reinigen konnte. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man so ein altes, stinkendes Haus vermieten kann. Sie sollten sich wirklich schämen. Ich glaube nicht, dass sie dort eine Nacht verbringen würden! Vielen Dank für die schrecklichen Ostertage! ##### Frank K. Beim Check in wurden wir erst einmal 20 Minuten vor verschlossener Tür stehen gelassen (es war Check in Zeitraum). Es gibt keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit am Chalet, was sehr nervig ist. Im Häuschen angekommen fiel sofort auf, dass die Fotos auf der Seite hier wohl viele Jahre zurück liegen. Es riecht im Inneren stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Besonders im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer (!) war es kaum zu ertragen. Schlafen konnte man nur mit offenen Fenstern. Durch die kaputten Mückengitter waren wir beide natürlich völlig zerstochen. Wir waren froh als wir nach Hause fahren konnten. Erholsam war der Urlaub nicht. 2 Sterne geben wir für die Terrasse und den Grill. Zum krönenden Abschluss versuchen wir über einen längeren Zeitraum auszuchecken (man soll die Verwalterin anrufen und sie kommt dann zum Chalet). Telefonisch ist sie nicht erreichbar und ich klingelte vorne an der Rezeption, da wir ENDLICH nach Hause fahren wollten. Einige Minuten danach kam sie und macht mich aus dem nichts an was mir denn einfiele an der Klingel zu schellen. Aber mit was für einem Ton! Mein Partner und ich waren beide völlig schockiert wie sie mich da verbal angriff als hätte ich wer weiß was getan. Sie regte sich völlig auf was ich auch anriefe da dass Internet nicht funktioniere. Wie soll man sie denn sonst erreiche. Also sowas unhöfliches und unverschämtes habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Nach weiteren 40 Minuten warten kam sie dann endlich zum Chalet und wir konnten auschecken! ##### Franziska R. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2021 ### 8/10 Good #### Thomas H. 28 Aug 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Urlaub war angenehm , werden aber nicht wiederkommen Wir sind im August diesen Jahres hier gewesen. Der Empfang war gut, man bekam alle Infos die man brauchte (Karten, Essen gehen usw.). Das Ferienhaus war in Ordnung, hatte allerdings eine Besonderheit: das zweite Schlafzimmer war nur über die Terrasse zu erreichen (war in der Beschreibung so nicht angegeben). Es gab auch kein wlan wie in der Beschreibung stand. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter hieß es , man hätte einen Router vor Ort buchen müssen. Die gab es aber nicht, da für 80 Wohneinheiten lediglich 5 zur Verfügung standen. Die Umgebung war recht schön und lud zu Spaziergängen oder Fahrten mit dem Boot ein ( konnte man vor Ort mieten). Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Die nächstgelegene Stadt Medemblik bot alles was man für einen Urlaub brauchte. Supermärkte und eine große Anzahl an verschiedenen Restaurants. Ein Besuch in Alkmaar lohnt sich. Wir waren zum 4\. Mal in den Niederlanden und werden beim nächsten Mal aber wieder die Nordseeküste vorziehen. ##### Thomas H. Ons verblijf duurde slechts 2 nachtjes, maar we hebben een echt vakantie gevoel gehad. ##### Patrick n.
