Located in historic and picturesque Medemblik, within walking distance of an idyllic beach on the IJsselmeer, where an atmospheric beach pavilion is open all year round, is this modern and fully equipped detached bungalow. This holiday home offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort and an ideal location for both relaxation and recreation.

New kitchen: Fully equipped with a 5-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, two fridges with freezer compartment (one in the pantry), coffee maker, Senseo and kettle. Ideal for culinary enthusiasts!  
  
Spacious dining and living room: With a comfortable seating area, TV and WLAN. Through the large garden doors, you have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors.  
  
Luxurious bathroom: Includes a double washbasin, second toilet, bathtub and a generous walk-in shower.  
  
Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with luxury box-spring beds (3x 2 persons), for a good night's sleep after a day full of activities.  
  
Additional facilities: A washing machine is available for your convenience.
