There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron in the bedroom.



The full kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. There is a workspace and desk.



The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Laureles is one of Medellín's safest, greenest and most walkable neighborhoods: leafy streets, quiet during the day and lively at night.

First Laureles Park: a gathering spot surrounded by cafés, restaurants and local boutiques.

La 70: one of the city's most popular streets, known for its nightlife, bars, restaurants and live music.

Atanasio Girardot Stadium and Sports Complex: football matches and concerts, and a good place to walk or run.

Nutibara Avenue: a strip of local cafés and restaurants.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.



The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.



Also in the area: Estadio and El Volador Hill.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- For security reasons and compliance with accommodation regulations, we kindly request that, prior to your arrival, you send us a clear photograph of the identity document (ID card or passport) of each guest who will be staying at the property
