1 bedroom loft apartment. AC, Hot Tub, washer and dryer. Wifi. It has a added loft with seating and a office desk. There are 2 one bedrooms here in this building. Two AC units one in bedroom and other in living room. Two Tv's, a hot tub off the kitchen to relax in. Your 4 blocks from Carulla Supermarket 3 from Exito and a few more from middle of Park Lleras. The metro is 4 blocks away. This is the two biggest one bedrooms in our entire portfolio. These two were inspired from feedback from guests that wanted an office type set up and didn't want to be hunched over a coffee table a few hours a day working remotely. Free guests always. Wall safe. Second floor. No security guard. No elevator.

You can have guests at your apartment never a charge. We ask you to ask that they Have ID. You do not need to pre-register your guests, it's your apartment.
