Tesoro 401 - Spacious 2 floor Provenza Penthouse
This spacious three level penthouse offers the best location in town. You will be in the heart of the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the Provenza/Poblado neighborhood, but just outside the noise. Only an eight minute walk to Parque Lleras, This penthouse features a remodeled open kitchen, 3 queen rooms with closets (2 with ensuite baths and private terraces), a third terrace off the living room, and great views. 2 min walk to cinema, bodytech gym, grocery stores, and pharmacy.
The space
El Tesoro is a beautiful four story building with two towers and two apartments per floor. This three level penthouse in Tesoro opens to a large living area with a spacious covered outdoor terrace with views to some of the best restaurants in the city. The first floor also has two bedrooms, one with a small private terrace and ensuite bath, and another full guest bath with shower. The next level features an open kitchen and dining area, as well as a laundry area, plus a maid's room with another full bath. Upstairs there is a cozy family room/den area right off the large master bedroom, which has an ensuite master bathroom and a huge private terrace perfect for an outdoor breakfast.

In addition to an amazing interior space and three outdoor terraces, our penthouse is in the very best part of Medellin. You are literally steps from all the excitement of the Poblado neighborhood with almost none of the noise. Some of the best restaurants in the city are just steps from the building. You are also close to any conveniences you could think of including supermarket, pharmacy, gym, internet cafes, etc. Indoor parking is available in the building, but you can also walk almost everywhere from this location.
Other things to note
This is a walk up. Great for those who like to walk and stay in shape (and this is a great walking neighborhood with a perfect climate for doing so). Unfortunately, this is not a suitable apartment for those with trouble on stairs.
