I came back because people seemed honest. This time I had cockroaches in the apartment large and big. I had to buy traps to help with it, since I was already staying there. The master bathroom sink didn’t go down it’s been like from the previous time 4 months ago. Then after I checked out, stains and missing plates were blamed on me which shows they don’t do go inventory. Just take advantage that I had insurance so they could file claim. Anyways beware I’m not happy, location is great so find another one in the building there are others for rent. ##### Andrew A. Property owner shared there were roaches never did anything stayed at this place for over a month and not really reactive. I paid to have place cleaned and bought roach traps. The master bathroom sink has been clogged since first time I’ve come, never done anything about it. Then they saw I bought insurance and put a claim to squeeze money out after I checked to replace a porcelan toilet that said was stained. It’s very hard to do that and it’s false. I won’t stay in this apartment anymore but suggest the building other land lords will treat you better. ##### Andrew A. However, many things in the apartment were inoperable. Most importantly, the curtains in the bedroom were not even installed, let alone working, which made sleeping past sunrise nearly impossible. The iron and iron board were inoperable which made having wrinkle free clothes a dream. They claim they weren't aware of these things, but I beg to differ. After checkout, I'm charged $20 for a missing dollar store towel, which they merely can't find. (I have no reason to steal a $4 towel) Then charge me $40 for a baking tray (probably worth $5) that had baked on grease from previous tenants. I didn't even cook in it. I used it to store chicken I cooked in the stove top. Be aware!!! They will try to charge you fast anything and everything they can after you check out abs is hard to fight it unless you take pictures of everything before you use it. ##### Andrew E.
