    Visits are allowed until 10:00 PM. If you wish to enter after this time, you must submit your ID at least 24 hours in advance, and there is an additional fee.



    Quiet Hours:



    Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low during these times.



    Party Policy:



    Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a $200 USD fee.



    Smoking Policy:



    Smoking is permitted only on the balconies. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will incur a $300 USD cleaning fee.
