*Apartment description: Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, 3 bathrooms, three bedrooms, air conditioning, one of which has a private bathroom with a shower, a laundry area with a gas dryer, a living room with a 70-inch TV, and a balcony with a beautiful view.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find a luxurious 6-person jacuzzi—the perfect spot to relax with friends or family and watch a beautiful sunrise.

*Each apartment has its own dedicated fiber-optic network just for you; you can use Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. Most of our guests who work from home have done so here without any issues. The connection speed is 100 Mbps.

*For your convenience, the building and the apartment feature self-service access. By following the instructions provided, you can enter and exit the apartment without any interference.
