Really a wonderful experience. I travel to Medellin often to visit friends and family and so I have a lot of experience with hotel in the city and I have to say that this is my top choice. The staff is absolutely amazing! The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised. I recommend this property 100%!

Our stay at Jatisa was awesome! Perfect location and plenty of fine dining to chose from as soon as you step out onto the street. Jatisa’s staff was exceptionally great. They were very professional and friendly. Elizabeth, Harry, Diego, Jhefry, and Isabella went above and beyond when we needed help. They gave us a cordial welcome at the door each time we came back to the apartment. I will definitely stay at Jatisa again and enjoy their amenities and their hospitality.

Place was very clean , people in the neighborhood were very cool. Having a cafe next door was a 10. If your looking for a calm place to stay in Medellin away from the tourist areas this is the place.

For a weekend or a few days it is good. I stay for a week when i ask for towels it take days before i get it i had to keep asking and the rooms wasn’t so clean. Only one key per room i had a 2 bedroom so i had to share the key. Uhm but Good location.

We had a great stay. Comfortable even for 5 of us and fairly quiet too. Also lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Only thing was the pin on the map was wrong and we arrived at night time so it was a little difficult to find. But thats an easy fix would definitely stay again

Studio war gut, es fehlten teilweise grundlegende Dinge wie WC Bürste, Abtrocknungstuch usw. Beim Check-out wurde uns Nichtraucher vorgeworfen, ein Badetuch mit einer Cigarette verbrannt zu haben, was natürlich nicht stimmte. Eine sehr wirre Unterstellung. Und wir mussten wahnwitzige 25 US $ dafür zahlen!
Das sollte unser "Schaden" sein....
