Very disappointing. The last time I was there was 24 years ago, and it looks like they have not done any work on the place since. They advertise they have two restaurants and two bars, but there’s nothing that is actually in the hotel. If you go out of the hotel, you get your Plaza where there is lots of fast food, but there is no actual restaurant to sit down in. The nearest bar is a tiki bar that has a grand total of six chairs. We arrived an hour after check-in time, and as we are heading up, the man at the reception, asked us to wait because he needed to send someone to the room to count everything in the minibar. Then the same old man escorted us to our room and went through and counted every candy bar and every drink and had a sign off on how much was in the minibar. I would not recommend this hotel to an American who wants anything of any sort of class.

I love this hotel. I am sure that it has seen better days but it has charm and character. Great location if you want to stay in the centre. The rooms are spacious, good quite air conditioning nice shower and lovely and helpful staff.

It is such a great hotel with an amazing service. It also has a great variety of small restaurants and great bar area. I had a great time and the room I had was also very comfortable and clean. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly as well.

nice size rooms, friendly staff ready to help costumers the hotel is near a train station and some touristic sites but area is dangerous at night if you decide to stay there always use a taxi to get in and out of the hotel

This property is located in a very unsafe plase. The hotel is in very poor condition with graffiti all around, poor lighting, the bathroom had rust, the windows were missing glass or broken. Regarding the staff… the lady that checked me in read my credit card out loud. The rest of the staff was ok.

Nice hotel, especially for the price
Located in the middle of downtown, across the street from Parque Botero. It is a shady area at night so I wouldn’t go out walking, but you can catch a taxi or Uber from and to the hotel easily. The hotel itself is very safe and secure. It was a very classy hotel in its day, but now you can see it’s been around for a while, but still holds certain charm. The rooms are pretty comfortable though, with A/C that works well. Breakfast is included in a nice area of the hotel. There’s a dollar store right next door and it is attached to a food court which gives room service until like 3am.

The hotel is run down, it is in a central place close to the best meseum in town but staff do not speak other languages, the room was not clean or update, even the shower in my room was acting up, the door key was not working, breakfast was substandard for a 3 star hotel. . .

The pictures that expedia shows are not even close of how it really is. First, there's not a room for 5. Second, the building is in very bad conditions. Third, there are cockroaches in the room. Fourth, you either got burning water or freezing water in the shower. Fifth, the area where the hotel is is dangerous and really dirty. I am really disappointed.

The location was excellent it's in the middle of everything. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The only thing that wasn't good was the tv, no cable only got 2 channels to come in and not a good picture.
