The place is not as shown in the pictures they never answer their phones not even for Expedia representatives after I have to cut my stay earlier, the pictures posted are deceiving and the prices per night to be honest there’s hotels in the surrounding area around the same that even includes breakfast. Quite disappointed so far.

Remember to state that there are rooms without windows, thus, creating a jail cell effect. No ventilation, I slept with my door open and naked just to rest my eyes. Not care for this property.

Lamentablemente no puedo recomendarlo. No duramos ni 3 horas. Reservamos con mucha ilusión por la ubicación, que es lo único realmente bueno junto con la amabilidad de la recepcionista, pero al llegar la decepción fue total. Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas: La ropa de cama se veía vieja y en mal estado, el ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba y al momento de bañarse, toda el agua se salía del baño e inundaba el piso. Mala higiene: Me recosté un momento mientras mi esposa se duchaba y algo me picó en la cama dejándome ronchas. También vimos cucarachas dentro de la habitación. Eso fue lo que nos hizo tomar la decisión definitiva. La recepcionista fue muy amable y me ofreció cambiarnos de habitación, lo cual agradezco, pero la primera impresión fue tan negativa que no quisimos arriesgarnos. Tuvimos que salir a buscar otro hotel a un par de cuadras. Preferimos perder el total de nuestra estancia, (ya que sabíamos que no era reembolsable), antes que quedarnos una sola noche. Para futuros huéspedes: Revisen bien antes de reservar y si pueden, paguen el extra! que garantiza el reembolso. En mi caso perdí el dinero de 5 noches. Para los dueños: Tienen una excelente ubicación que muchos quisieran, pero necesitan una renovación urgente y sobre todo mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento. Con esos cambios podrían ser un gran lugar.

En general el hotel esta muy deteriorado, la habitacion esta en muy mal estado paredes puertas, baños, piso.. el tv no se pudo usar x q no habia un control que funcionara, no dieton solucion, los demas huespedes tuvieron fiesta con volumen muy alto hasta la 1 am y el hotel no hizo nada al respecto hasta q se aviso... Las compras de agua, bebidas y demas aun siendo en la noche solo recibian efectivo. El valor de la noche de hotel.me parecio alta con respecto a la oferta del sector, pero el servicio y condiciones del hotel no llegaron a la expectativa

Se escuchó el ruido de todos, las camas rechinan muchísimo y están duras, no dieron sábanas para taparse, tardamos tiempo afuera para que nos fueran a abrir porque el recepcionista estaba fumando hierba.
