Just wonderful!
Stayed a few nights for holiday. I was amazed by how wonderful this place is. Located at a tranquil Neiborhood surrounded by greens, it's actually pretty close (<10 mins walk) to a metro station. The staff is very friendly. All service provided is very detailed and timely. My room was extremely clean and has a nice view to the city.

overcharged while extend more day. No recommend
No restaurant around. Walking distance to metro. Close to main traffic way, lound during night. I extended twice, but very upset when checked out found been charged much higher room rate than what Expedia offered. Though talked to two staff, they insisted charged more. Hotel not care customer feel. Sort of dishonest.

Hello Wan, sorry to read your review, however i want to explain again to you that this is not true. On Expedia you took a very nice promotion (50% off) for the exact dates you first booked and no other dates, when you extended, this offer was already expired and only aplicable through expedia, then we gave you a lower price than the regular price of the room, which usually on expedia is over 62k pesos, we gave you a price of 45k pesos, i find this review very ungrateful from you. No other private room in the city costs less than 60k pesos. Anyway, we want to thank you because when you stayed here you actually seem to be a very nice and educated person, i wish you reconsider what you are saying about our place. cheers and good luck!

Para estadías cortas es un lugar cómodo por el precio, es un lugar ubicado muy cerca a la universidad eafit; la dificultad radica en la proximidad de restaurantes por lo cual caminar alrededor de 8 cuadras hacia los centros comerciales

Hotel muy agradable, cerca de la Universidad Eafit
Me recibieron muy bien, con un trato muy amable y gentil, las personas que ahí trabajan, muy agradables y serviciales, la limpieza excelente, las instalaciones super bien y todo lo que ofrecen fue superior a mis expectativas. Una estancia muy agradable, e invitada para volver a hospedarme en Pixel house. Me encantó. Su ubicación fué justo lo que yo necesitaba. Agradezco al personal del hotel su trato cálido y amable y les invito a que no bajen su ritmo y que sigan manteniendo la buena calidad de sus servicios en todo lo que ahora tienen para ofrecer.
