Lovely unusual accommodation in peaceful hamlet just 9 km from the Lac des Sapins (largest ecological swimming lake in Europe). It is laid out in large stone house also including a 2nd dwelling with totally separate access. Superb views of the Beaujolais hills with majestic forests. On the ground floor: entrance hall, bedroom (double bed), bathroom including WC. Upstairs: open plan living room (cosy decor, American-style fitted kitchen, lounge area, dining area). On the mezzanine (accessed via straight wooden staircase) : sleeping area with 2 single beds. Cot on request. Outdoors : small private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and nice view. Shared shady courtyard, lawn areas. Meadow with deck chairs, swings, trampoline, tennis table, hammock, bowls set. Outdoor arena (owners who live in the adjoining house are keen on horse-riding), horse welcome. Hiking/riding (horse/quad) path (GR7) 500m away. LAMURE-SUR-AZERGUES 10 km, TARARE 26 km, ROANNE 39 km.
