"We loved our stay here! Such a unique experience to see the Icehotel 's cold rooms, enjoy drinks at the Ice bar and have the lovely breakfast that was included with the stay. We found the warm room we were staying in very comfortable and were appreciative of the microwave and fridge in the room. The staff were also really helpful and it was a beautiful location. We would highly recommend!"

"I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for sauna and steam room You can not swim in the pool You don’t have jacuzzi This was ridiculous. Instead of paying 40$ which is a ripoff you get discount 20% So I paid 32$ I stayed 5N , and you don’t have any entertainment, everything is over 30$, even a Cesar salad is 29$, dessert is 15$, taxi to and from airport is 40$ for 3 km."

"We stayed for 1 night. Our room was ready early (check in time was 3pm ) Room was clean, comfortable beds. Spa was lovely with 2 jacuzzi’s and a bigger pool. 2 saunas. Food was excellent for dinner and breakfast. So much choice! Highly recommend this hotel"
