The only thing would be that there is no main reception but chalet staff are always at hand with whatever you need via WhatsApp. And the place is slightly remote which means no easy access to public transport routes so we had to use Uber everytime. Really appreciated the bidet/toilet shower! I didn’t expect it considering not many accommodations have this (which is shocking as it’s essential to proper hygiene) so was really chuffed with that. My friend that I was staying with absolutely loved the sauna. Was great location on the sub urb with only 15min drive to the center. Breakfast was always on time. However the showerwash wasn't working, and the hand wash ran out with 2 days to go. There was also big blob of soup residue inside the microwave, and the floor needed a good hoover. They also don't clean every day but ever 2-3 days. The chalet itself was exceptionally comfortable, with heated floors that were a welcome luxury in the Arctic temperatures and a private sauna in the room that added both relaxation and a touch of indulgence to our stay. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create a cozy, intimate, and romantic atmosphere. Getting to and from the chalets was easy and stress free, with convenient access via Uber or taxi. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional communication and service provided by Lida and Mauri. From start to finish, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We celebrated our 25th anniversary here, and thanks to their hospitality and the incredible setting, it became an unforgettable experience for us. And the breakfast… wow. Every morning, a beautifully prepared basket was delivered right to the door — fresh, delicious, and such a lovely way to start the day without even needing to step outside.
