"Amenities were under renovation. Did not know until I got to the hotel. Quiet in the halls, clean rooms, took forever to get warm water to shower, housekeeping did not refill coffee or towels, was not happy. Went to the bar to get food, limited menu due to renovations and the bar staff was not very present. Too busy visiting each other rather than helping the customers. They gave me free parking for the inconvenience of the warm water. Guess that’s a bonus. For the price I paid to stay there, I would have expected better. "

I like to sleep in a cooler room, and my only disappointment was that the bed has a very light comforter on it, and I woke up cold during the night. There was no blanket available in the room. I would have appreciated that. "
