"The property is closing for renovations at the end of the season. I understood this when booking the property so I expected some issues. It was a bit dilapidated but you do not renovate a perfect property. Therefore I have NO complaints. The view was awesome. The staff was fabulous (esp. Doreen in reservations and Willis at the front desk). I hope to visit again once renovations are completed."

"Very nice house. We had four people in our party. The most outstanding feature was the beautiful porch with an amazing view of the lake. We sat out there every morning with our coffee and every evening before dinner.The house was very clean. Communication with the owners was smooth. TheThe house is approximately 6-7 miles away from Cooperstown. The drive is very pleasant along the west side of the lake."

"This property is absolutely beautiful. The house itself if half of a house, but very beautifully decorated and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. There is a boat dock with kayaks and canoes to use, a beautiful pool, private hot tub, and a game room for the kids. Even though there are other houses on the property, we rarely saw another person and it was still very quiet. We stayed there with a family of 4, and it was probably too big for us, but we loved everything about the house. The only negative for us was that there was no TV on the main floor. There is definitely enough to keep you busy on the property for a family, or a group of families. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Cooperstown!"

"We were a group of 3 Cooperstown tournament families, 6 adults, 1 teen, and 4 boys. We comfortably slept everyone when we checked our players out of their bunkhouse. The property is absolutely beautiful and provided everything we needed. This was especially appreciated with the very busy and late schedule we had. Coming back after a long day/night to the serene house and land was wonderful. Our kids fished, we all enjoyed the outdoor seating and looked forward to the deer we saw each morning eating apples. And the pool table and dart board were a hit!Thank you to the host for creating a beautiful getaway for travelers!"
