"Simply delightful! The home is immaculately kept and decorated with interesting antiques. So cozy and comfortable! The grounds are peaceful and inviting. The property is conveniently located close to all the baseball venues and the village of Cooperstown. We enjoyed learning about the local history and shopping. We loved our stay there."

"Our stay at this property was hands-down the best vacation rental experience we have ever had in last 10yrs. The hosts have truly thought of every single detail to make this place feel like home. Full spice rack, olive oil, and sharp knives. Keurig, drip maker, tea, sugar, and even creamer. Extra toilet paper, tissues, and a first-aid kit. We were constantly amazed by how often we said, "I wonder if they have..." only to find exactly what we needed in the very next drawer. You do not need to pack your whole house when you stay here. We will definitely recommend this property."

"We have a wonderful stay at the lake mansion! The house is large and beautiful and makes you feel like you are living in a treehouse. The location is right on the water and we thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and canoes in the lake. We all swam and enjoyed the lake. The pool and boat house also offer a lot of fun. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is large and had plenty of plates, flatware, cooking utensils, etc, but had zero food items-no salt, pepper, or oil which is fine but know to get those things at the supermarket. The views off the living room are breathtaking. One thing to know is the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom which was a little odd. We stayed at the house while our sons played in the Cooperstown baseball tournament. It was a good 20 minute drive to the Dreams baseball park but worth it. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!!!!"

"We spent a week in Cooperstown for our son to play ball. The place was very clean and communication was wonderful. The home was well stocked. My only suggestions are that I would update the listing pictures to reflect how the home looks now. For example, I was expecting a brown house, but it was a dark blue. Also, there was one less chair in the living room and some furniture was in a different place than the pictures showed. Also, our biggest issue was the heat! I know it was not the norm, but we were in a heat wave during the week we stayed. The listing mentioned air conditioning, but there was only one window unit and it was not sufficient enough to cool the entire house. We ended up having to buy several fans because we could not cool off. My suggestion would be to add more window units or just update the description. I was expecting air conditioning and that isn’t exactly what we had."
