"The house was situated in a picturesque part of the Cooperstown area (although it is not located in Cooperstown). It’s a great secluded location off the beaten path with nice views of the lake and trees. We went in the fall with the leaves changing. We also heard what we think was wolves howling at night which was pretty spectacular. It’s a good spot for a family, a couple or even two couples."

"Will have a lifetime of fond memories from this place. The only thing I didn't fully understand was that it is part of a complex of a few houses, all of which share a very nice club house, pool, and dock. Wonderful property!"
