"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Dossier. Check-in to check-out was seamless and the entire staff were very helpful. The property is located in a perfect spot where you can walk to most places downtown. A big shout out to the Valet's and the business office. I thought I had an issue and they, very professionally, patiently and nicely walked me through the error in my ways :-) My only recommendation is they push the time for there complimentary coffee in the morning to 9am."

"Very courteous staff. The reception staff was helpful and kind. The shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful, especially one driver who gave us tips about the Portland airport and asked questions about our stay and mentioned how he hoped we would come back. Very convenient location to the airport. Clean and well-maintained. Also, a great breakfast buffet compared to other hotel chains, and the young people working the area kept the food fresh and stocked regularly."

"The air conditioner was wonderful. The property is a bit old but it was clean and nice bed. Elevators were broke down. One did work. Not a fan of the restaurant. Very expensive and my breakfast was cold. I had avocado toast and poached eggs. Toast very hard and eggs were over cooked. Not worth 18.00. We did like the staff. Breakfast for us both was 67.00. Husband’s wasn’t great either!! Should be at this price!!!"

"Only stayed one night. Great hotel, great location. Rooms are smaller but very well designed. Plenty of surface area and chargers. Only issues were that water wasn't included and I thought the charging for late checkout, early check in was a little nickle and dime-ing. Staff was excellent and super helpful. Would stay again."
