  • A very private 4BR, 3.5BA retreat in the middle of McLean, VA, ten minutes and one traffic light from Georgetown, K St, 5 minutes from 495, 20 minutes to IAD Dulles, 15 to DCA National, 5 minutes to Tysons, 15 minutes to Old Town Alexandria.

    Drive down a private road near the Potomac and the GW Parkway, and you will cross a bridge and see the rancher, set on an acre, this lovely home is surrounded by around 10 acres of streamside woodlands and flood plain. Plenty of wildlife, including deer and fox, hunting owls, red tailed hawks, and heron.
