"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was excellent, with convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities while still providing a peaceful place to unwind. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the overall attention to detail made us feel right at home.Communication with the host was outstanding from booking through checkout. They were responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions that made our stay seamless.We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again on a future visit. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!"

"Pros: This is a very well located home if you are interested in Scottsdale. The indoors is roomy, clean and comfortable. There are lots of bedrooms but one bedroom has an open ceiling. This was noted in the description so we were aware of it prior to our visit. Just be sure the person who sleeps in there can handle the noise from the rest of the house. There are 2.5 bathrooms with an additional shower in the laundry room. The pool and hot tub were fine. Cons: I believe this could be a five star rental and but the house needs some maintenance, particularly the outdoors. We were disappointed that the patio area was very dirty. It is in need of a very good cleaning and wash and the whole area could use a refresh (landscaping). Inside some kitchen and bathroom cabinets about fell off when opened - the kitchen cabinets are showing their age and heavy use. Light fixtures above the master vanity look like they could fall out and are showing the electrical boxes.In general, the house is a rental and you expect things to not be perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the house was comfortable inside and the location was perfect for what we needed. We feel like with a little more maintenance, particularly outdoors, the house would be even better."
