Las fotos se ven muy bonitas y me dejé llevar por eso, pero el lugar nada que ver, desde el check in mal servicio, nunca están, nunca contestan el tel, me dio claustrofobia el pasillo que nos llevaba a la habitación, la recámara súper pequeña, no hay elevador, el A/C no abastece, mala señal de internet, la regadera con 3 gotas de agua, intenté cancelar mi estancia en cuanto llegué que vimos el lugar, pero ya no me querían reembolsar nada de mi dinero, así que decidimos quedarnos. Esa noche para colmo hubo una tormenta y justamente mi habitación se quedó sin electricidad, no tenían planta de luz, y el calor horrible, por fin después de mucho alegar con el personal, accedieron a regresarme el dinero de mi reserva. Mi familia y yo terminamos durmiendo esa noche en nuestro coche. Es barato el hotel y con buena ubicación, pero aún así no lo vale, y jamás lo recomendaría como estancia en Mazatlan. No me gustó que te piden un depósito que no se mensiona al pagar, pagas y luego te cobran y si no lo das no te dan llave y no puedes cancelar.
