About this property

Beautiful house in private condo near to the beach

  • Cozy house in residential Almar. It has 1 BR with full bathroom in low level, 3 BR with 3 full bathrooms in top floor, A / C, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer). Living room with a sofa bed, there are available inflatable mattress.

    There's Pool, palapa and children's games in common area which is locates a few steps from our house.

    *** Important notice: Due to the pandemic, the local government to maintain a healthy distance has restricted the use of common swimming pools to a maximum of 10 people at a time, so it is allowed to use it for one hour per day, maximum 2 hours if there are no people waiting. ***

    It is great for family vacations, with friends or large groups.

    Located very close to the beach and water park, a few minutes by car or bus from the golden zone, boardwalk, supermarkets and shopping center.

    The tourist area is a short bus or taxi ride and is really inexpensive.


    Security in the residential 24 hours.
