We offer 4 apartments at the same building, 16 sleeps.
Two studio flats and one bedroom flat on the first floor. One studio flat with private terrace on the second floor that has a small gates that connects it to the shared sea view solarium.

This studio flat has a private terrace with garden view with outdoor sofa and dinning tables. It is connected with the sea view solarium with a small gate. Shared solarium has sun lounger, parasols, two outdoor showers and several areas where to seat and enjoy the sunset.

Sunset Terrace Mazara is located by the sea in the city centre of Mazara del Vallo (Western Sicily), just a stone’s throw from the beach, offering a top roof solarium with a stunning view overlooking the sea. In front of us there is the main promenade and shops and restaurants are 3 minutes by walk.

Recently renovated, our apartments provide the perfect place for guests who are looking for high quality with personality and style.

Take a short walk to the Lungomare Giacomo Hopps, explore the city beaches and lidos, enjoy local Sicilian delicatessen, discover the city ancient history and experience the warm hospitality of the local people.
