The Les Sapins cottage enjoys a prime location practically on the water's edge, facing the leisure center and the beach on the opposite shore. Adjoining the owner's residence but completely private, it boasts a private garden with lovely lake views. There is also a children's play area and a small pond. All on one level, the cottage is arranged around a large, bright living room thanks to its dual aspect.
