"Wow! I've stayed at a lot of casinos, and this one ranks toward, if not at, the very top. Staff was great, room was clean with thoughtful touches, refrigerator was good size, and the Cherokee art on the walls was fantastic. Had dinner at the Rt 66 Diner, huge portions for an affordable price. I look forward to staying here again."

"I get excited every time I come here now due to the energy being so chill. From the guests that are there to the staff we all know we're there for a good time. The pool in the middle of the hotel next to the Japanese Maple tree and another tree is such a nice touch aesthetically!"

"The room was in need of major repairs I’m shocked they gave that room to anyone, it was grose and I’ll never go back, I was only staying one night and just had to grin and bare it."

"The room was HUGE and beautiful!! It was like staying in an upscale apartment. Wandering in the mezzanine hotel museum was also fun. Only wish the rooftop bar was open during our stay."

"I understand that this hotel is located in a busy downtown area, but the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. We couldn’t find any clearly marked area to temporarily park while checking in or unloading luggage, so we ended up using a public parking lot nearly two blocks away. When we asked the front desk about parking options, we were told that valet was the only option available. Unfortunately, the interaction felt less than welcoming. Another surprise was the $150 incidental hold, which is one of the highest I’ve encountered. It has also been two days since checkout, and the hold still hasn’t been released. Another issue was the air conditioning unit in our room, which was extremely noisy and woke us up multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. However, because of the parking challenges, additional fees, and the noisy AC, I would likely choose a different property on a future visit."
