"I recently stayed at a Hilton hotel in Jacksonville, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff were. The receptionist made check-in smooth and effortless, setting a great tone for the stay. Throughout my visit, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service. The waitress in particular stood out—she was warm, efficient, and made dining a really enjoyable experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. It’s clear that a lot of attention goes into making guests feel valued. I absolutely loved my stay and would not hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville!"

"We was staying overnight to leave out of cruise the next day. The hotel was very clean, with great breakfast with all that was needed. The staff was very helpful and nice as well. If in the area again we would defiantly stay again. "

"Unfortunately, this stay fell short of excuse , and I think an honest review is important for future guests.Some appliances were highlights—the washer, dryer, and fridge are brand new, spotless, and worked great. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing, particularly given the fairly expensive cleaning fee. We found hair in the bed, dirty floors throughout (visible dirt and can feel it on your feet ), and the place didn’t feel well-maintained. The living room rug was worn/unattractive, and basic comforts like sufficient lamps or proper lighting were missing, making the space feel incomplete and less welcoming.The listing photos didn’t accurately represent the current condition: several dressers were broken or damaged, and the property seemed like it might still be a work in progress rather than fully guest-ready. On arrival, the entry code didn’t work right away (it was fixed eventually, so not a major issue, but it added to the less than welcoming feeling ).I’m usually pretty easygoing, but for the price and fees, I expected a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-presented space. Communication with the host was adequate, but the experience overall was underwhelming. Heads-up to anyone considering booking: it may need significant cleaning, repairs, and updates first.”"
