Extremely disappointed to find it was not working. No one told us, and there wasn’t a sign so we got dressed and went down stairs to step into an ice cold “hot tub”. Then we found one of the water bottles for purchase they leave on the desk in the room had been drank from. Very disappointing and frankly gross. "
