Prasad was very attentive, and clear with instruction of checking / check out. He checked in on us mid stay and was very accommodating with a later checkout time. The condo was all it was advertised as. One street off of bus/ taxi/ ZR routes. Short walk to The Gap. Amazing view from large deck. We spent a lot of time from morning coffee to sunset and beyond so It would have been perfect if there was a ceiling fan on the deck ( as there are in many units). The location was ideal for us, away from the noise of St. Lawrence Gap but not to far to access nightlife when we wanted to do so. Oistin's Fish Market is also just a stone's throw away. The property is well maintained, there is air conditioning throughout, an in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, swimming pool, beach access and restaurants nearby. The owner was kind enough to check in on us a couple of times throughout our stay and was immediately responsive to our questions along the way. I highly recommend this property! ##### Erica M.
