"Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Disney. The hotel is beautiful, ignore the negative reviews as I couldn't find one issue with the hotel. The free shuttle bus can get busy at peak times but this would be the same for any hotel. Breakfast is the most quiet at 7am we were the only family in there. It does get a lot busier from 8:30am but I did witness staff replenishing food that had ran out. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly when the children realised there wasn't bunk beds in the room they happily changed our room for us. We also opted for late check out on our last day which I thought was excellent value for money at only 10 euros per hour. This meant the children could still take advantage of the play area and swimming pools and we had our room as a base before our evening flight. I wouldn't hesitate to give our stay 5 stars. "Great place to stay with kids. Everything is pirate themed. Breakfast is buffet style with the usual pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals cheese and ham. I’m vegan and can’t eat gluten so just had fruit, salad and nuts. They had soya milk available on request. The pool/aquapark is great. The slides have signs saying not for under 6yo but we saw younger kids go on. There are armbands available if needed and big family changing rooms. Lockers are coded so no coins needed. The pool is 1.2m all across apart from a smaller, shallow pool which was 60cm. There’s a soft play and outside park too. We didn’t eat in evening but there’s a buffet option, sit down restaurant and a pizza bar which is in the area near the softplay. The room was clean and comfy. We had a wet room instead of a bath which was a shame but didn’t matter. There’s a free shuttle bus to Disney every 20 mins which was standing room only. On the way back from the park, we got an Uber for €12 because our feet were tired! We didn’t bother with the airport shuttle because it was more expensive than an Uber. (Shuttle was €24 for adults and €11 for kids) An Uber was around €45-60 with a two min wait. "

"Front desk was very friendly, restaurant does room service and it has delicious beef bourguignon, and there’s a free shuttle to Disney that was super easy to take. Highly recommend!"

"Only stayed for 1 day in a 1 bed appartment with a balcony. Room very clean, we stayed on a particularly hot day and the aircon is centrally controlled so not as cool as we eould ha e liked but we are used to aircon at home and nice a cool room. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was basic but more than good enough. Wouldnt have an issue staying again."

"Stopped here to visit Disneyland, shuttle service to/from park very good. Didn’t get chance to visit Spa but nice option if possible, couldn’t fault anything, every member of staff we encountered was pleasant & helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Well done"

"Beautiful area outside of Paris. Very quiet and safe. Townhouses are wonderful!!! We used private transportation to get to and from Paris each day. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Our porter Irwin was very kind and helpful. He helped transport our luggage and was eager to answer questions."

"We stayed for few days while visiting Disneyland. The hotel was simple and clean. Nice aerea and the shuttle to Disneyland was very quick, les than 5 min. Breakfast was nice in spite of all the bad reviews that I read on internet. I quite enjoy the place. Super convenient and cheap. Super breakfast… Italian style. I noticed that they don’t allow bags at breakfast which I totally agree. We had dinner on the first night there, not too much choice but good as an emergency 😉. "
