A restored country cottage on the Carnell Estates, a traditional working sporting estate just half an hour from Glasgow and 15minutes to the coast with its enviable world-class links courses.

The cottage is perfectly arranged with adjacent parking, a private picture-perfect cottage garden is gated with separate large deck with a gas-fired pizza oven, bbq, fire-pit and dining overlooking the wildflower garden and meadows beyond.

Inside, you'll find a modern open-plan living room with ample comfy sofas (one is a double sofa bed) , dining for 2 or 4 and a well-planned modern kitchen. The bedroom has a new king-size bed made up with fresh linen bedlinen, down pillows and duvet (let us know any allergies in advance). There's plenty of storage and a Jack & Jill bathroom with full bath as well as power shower over the bath.

The rooms are all light and airy. The house is warmed by a central biomass heating system that is individually controlled.

The cottage is ideally situated to benefit from the peaceful countryside but yet within 5 minutes drive of most A roads in Ayrshire. This makes trips to Edinburgh and the East Coast a 90-minute trip, Dumfries House is a 15-minute drive and store shopping is less than 15 minutes to Kilmarnock.
