The Residence Mattinatella is situated in a prime location directly on Mattinatella Bay, along the picturesque coastal road connecting Mattinata to Vieste. Nestled in a lush setting of pine and olive trees, our studio apartments have been recently renovated to offer an experience of complete independence and relaxation. Each unit, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, features a double bedroom and a practical bunk bed located in the living room with a kitchenette. The true gem of each apartment is the veranda with a sea view—the ideal spot to enjoy the Gargano breeze at any time of day.

The accommodation is furnished with simplicity and care, offering all modern comforts: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, a kitchenette complete with dishes, and a bathroom with a shower. To make your stay even more enjoyable, bed linens are included with a weekly change, and you can request use of the barbecue for your evenings outdoors. The residence is also pet-friendly—your four-legged friends are welcome at no extra charge—and offers convenient free private on-site parking.

Just 300 metres from the residence lies the stunning Mattinatella coastline, a bay featuring kilometres of smooth pebbles and crystal-clear waters. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding wonders, such as the Faraglioni of Baia delle Zagare, Vignanotica Beach, and Pugnochiuso, many of which are hidden gems accessible only by sea. For those who enjoy physical activity, the property offers numerous options (for a fee), including snorkelling, scuba diving, water sports equipment, and guided walking or biking tours.

The crystal-clear sea at Mattinatella is about a 10-minute walk along a picturesque dirt path. This nature-filled path features a final flight of steps leading down to the beach; due to its terrain, the route is not particularly easy and is not recommended for strollers. Once you arrive, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning beach of fine gravel and crystal-clear waters. The bay is home to numerous well-equipped beach clubs, including La Falesia, Mattinatella, Cala Rosa, and Lido delle Rose, all featuring excellent restaurants right on the beach where you can enjoy traditional Apulian dishes.
