"After sleeping, we noticed the window side of the bed was dirty. Breakfast was subpar, with many options missing or empty, and multi use containers such as jelly, milk jugs, etc."

"The moment I walked in the place it smelled strongly of chlorine from the pool. The only handicap room that was advertised with 2 queen beds was actually 1 queen with a pull-out sofa. The bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast bar was good minus the coffee but was located next to the pool so the chlorine smell was strong."
