The air conditioning in the room was not working. There were a lot of mosquitos. I only stayed 1 day but my parents stayed longer and said the breakfast was ok. I left very early in the morning and the gentleman who checked us in said that he would be able to have breakfast ready for me to take with me to the airport but he never asked what I wanted and was not available when the driver came to pick me up. The gentleman did help setup a driver for me to go to the airport, which was very helpful

The check-in process was easy and the staff were very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition and we recieved a complementary wine and milk bath. The place offered some free and paid activities. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The a la carte menu was also good but a bit expensive but understandable given the distance from town.
The road to the place is a bit run down and got some curvy uphill road which might make it hard in a smaller car.
Overall is was a very nice experience and I would visit again.
