You can walk to the train within minutes. Restaurants everywhere! Free hotel breakfast is yummy. The only thing I wish was different were the hardness of the beds. We’re from the US and so we were expecting softer beds. From Ueno or Nippori, there are convenient transits to most places in Tokyo. There are supermarkets, McDonalds, pharmacies within 5 min walk of the hotel, not to mention multiple convenience stores in the area. The hotel offers free breakfast before 9am, which is very good with lots of variety. The hotel room sizes are quite good, very spacious for a solo traveller. There is a TV, fridge, kettle, table, chair, with hangers for clothes. All other amenities such as tea, towels, toothbrushes are all provided. I stayed in an upper floor so noise was not an issue, but note as Matsudo station is so close it may be noisier on lower floors. Room cleaning service is done every few days, no issues at all there.
