ARTIST'S HOME - ART AND COMFORT

  • Casa dell'Artista consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is completely self-contained, centrally located, and covers an area of 70 square meters. It can accommodate up to 7 guests. Upon request, an extra bed and a comfortable baby crib are available. Close to downtown, the area is well-served by public transportation that runs frequently.
    Guests will have access to a completely self-contained unit featuring 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, snack area, Wi-Fi, and a 40" TV.
    Equipped with every comfort, all rooms are heated and air-conditioned. Bed and bath linens, a complimentary amenity kit, a hair dryer, and a first-aid kit are included.
    In homage to the past, Casa dell’Artista was designed with an abundance of natural wood, a stone wall, tuff elements, and—to honor its history—an antique quote by Carlo Levi about Matera.
    Strategically located just 5 minutes from the ancient “Sassi” districts, the Rock-Cut Churches, and the Murgia Protected Park. The Ionian beaches and the Bari Palese Airport are about a 40-minute drive away. The area is close to all kinds of 7g amenities and features a lovely municipal playground for children.
    Its enviable location, proximity to shops, and unique furnishings make Casa dell’Artista highly recommended for an unforgettable stay in the splendid “City of the Sassi,” a magnificent open-air film set.
    Standard configuration: Double bed. For three guests, only one extra bed will be provided. Alternative bed configuration: €35.00

Calme, propre et confortable

Bien que nous n'ayons passé qu'une nuit dans le logement de Francesco, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la qualité du logement. Francesco était aux petits soins pour nous, toujours disponible par message et de bons conseils pour explorer les environs. Le logement était parfaitement préparé et extrêmement propre. Le quartier ne paye pas de mine mais la nuit a été très calme et le logement se situe à 10 - 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de Matera. Je recommande pleinement pour un passage en famille 👌👍!
