No refund at roach infested hotel f
I only spent 2 hrs in room/hotel. Could not stay in bed because there were lots of roaches. Mire tiny ones than medium or large sizes I.told desk clerk about the problem and didnt even offer an apology, much less a refund .. Had to move to another city and get anither hotel room. Double expense!

WIFI not good at all. Had to pay at the hotel. Was under the impression that I was charged by hotels.com but will have to investigate this to see if I was charged double.

The hotel was quite nice. Our room was as nice as advertised. I was very impressed by the water pressure. THe hotel had a fitness center and a small courtyard that could be used as a soccor field.

Not the best hotel.
Made the booking and expected to have my reservation reserve. I got the hotel and I was told that my rooms were giving out to other guest. After 15 mins, I finally got the rooms but were not up to any good standard. Lighting in the room is bad, restroom is like a sauna and the shower barely work. A/C in the room work good and it was quite but overall avoid this hotel!!!!

Well kept property, with comfortable beds, and good hot water. Security made regular rounds and cameras in the parking lot helped me feel safe while I was traveling. Overall a good value and i would stay here again.

Nightmare at the Mirage!!!
It's hard to find a decent place in Matamoros. We we're given a room with a bad TV Room 237. This is the second time we have that room and had trouble with the TV both times. My guess is that they really don't care about maintenance. Then the replacement room we we're given had a smell of fumigation upon entering and I saw 3 cockroaches. Furthermore there we're spider webs behind the entry door. Kinda like that is a room they never use and somehow saw fit to give it to us. Then the third room we we're given had one bed unmaid and the bed that was done had someones head imprint on the pillow. Needless to say we we're ready to find another place to stay after that, but finally the fourth room was acceptable just because it was clean and was getting really late and I did not wan't to waste more time going to another hotel. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as possible.

On the decline
His was our second time staying here and we can see the decline in service from the last time we stayed. The hotels itself is still nice and conveniently located next to the boarder. They forget to clean the room twice in our 5 day stay. We had to throw our own trash and ask for a broom to seep up our room. I hope they fix any issues with the staffing because it was our favorite place to stay when we came down to visit family.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. Staff was rude. We didn’t have towels available for 2days. Also we didn’t get room service for one day. I also had to leave a deposit for the remote control of the TV and AC.

Muy mala organización, reserve con anticipación una habitación triple para 5 adultos en hoteles.com, marque antes de las 18 hrs al hotel, para avisar que llegaba alrededor de las 21 hrs y me dicen que no hay habitaciones porque tenían un evento, después de reclamar la falta de ética me dicen que tienen otro en una ubicación que no se acomodaba a mis actividades y además estaba en remodelacion, muy mal servicio,

Había reservado una habitación con hidromasaje y me dieron otra que no tenía hidromasaje según porque ya estaba apartado para otras personas. Como compensación me reembolsaron 500 pesos por la noche se unieron una pareja con dos niños sacaron una mesa de la habitación que estaba al lado de nosotros y comenzaron a tomar hace ruido los niños corriendo eran las 12:40 de la madrugada, Y mi esposo y yo veníamos de manejar horas en carretera queríamos descansar. Lo comuniqué a la recepción para que pudiera decirle a esas personas que estaban con las otras que alquilar una habitación que guardaran silencio pero no lo hicieron pase una muy mala noche y en una habitación que no quería

la comodidad muy bien, el único detalle fue que había pequeñas cucarachitas en el peinador, baño, incluso encima de la cama y frigobar En mis visitas acostumbro a reservar en este hotel ya que es céntrico por lo general limpio y de fácil acceso para mi agenda de trabajo.
