Power in the area is unstable. The power, along with internet, went out for seconds or minutes at least 20 times each day. The rooms I reserved and paid for in advance were not available when I arrived. I had to take less desirable rooms for my stay. The cottage rooms and meals were OK.

I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time.

Great place to stay. Helpful staff. Fantastic Boma drum show. Great to see animals at the waterhole while having breakfast. Easy access to town and Botswana game tours. Top marks.

"Air con fuse blew in the night so very hot in room. Apparently not an uncommon issue but no mention of simple resolution as fuse box was actually in the room. Tipped front desk a couple of bucks to let me know when room available ( we arrived early) and didn’t here from him Generally a nice stay ..."
