"This hotel is a little gem: clean, well maintained, and with good amenities overall. However, the breakfast arrangement needs urgent improvement. Breakfast is provided through vouchers at a nearby bakery, where I found the staff rude and unhelpful. On my only visit, I showed my voucher, was told to wait, and was then ignored for at least 20 minutes. I eventually paid for my cornetti myself, even though breakfast for at least one person was included in my stay. The lady only acknowledged me when I paid. Nearby cafés were cheaper and had much friendlier staff. The hotel deserves praise, but management should address this disappointing breakfast service promptly."

The elevator made the suitcases drama much easier and was well located close to the train and to the ferry location, we were able to go everywhere in the amalfi coast including Amalfi, Positano, Capri and Pompeii. I recommend the stay and would back again! Gracie Mille! Ciao!"

"I would have no hesitation recommending this property. Even though the building itself is covered in scaffolding for ongoing repairs, the rooms themselves are gorgeous and comfortable. We stayed in the KLIMT apartment which had a balcony clear of scaffolding. Self check in is simple and straight forward. The location was perfect making it very easy to get around by foot, train or ferry."
