Very clean. We had two rooms and they were different in size. Our bathroom had a b'day and was fairly roomy except the shower was so small that you could barely bend down to pick up the soap bar. Our room was quite small--there was 6 inches between the foot of the bed and the wall. The A/C in the other room was better than ours but ours was adequate. The WiFi was in the main lobby room but basically unusable in our rooms. I'm guessing the thick walls didn't help. There is no elevator but our host was kind enough to help us bring our bags up. He also helped us with info on local restaurants, etc. The bed in the other room was somewhat hard but acceptable and had a much larger shower. It is located amongst narrow alley ways so transporting our luggage took some time to get it to the car. However, the location was great. It was close to most everything including the ferry boats. Es ist Schande, dass man so ein Zimmer anbietet.
