Despite being in an extremely quiet position, it is well served by the road network which allows easy travel to all the cities of Tuscany. Pool maintenance every Wednesday, from 18:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00. Rustic villa "Villa Le Casette", renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows. 6.5 km from the centre of Viareggio, 26 km from the centre of Pisa, 25 km from the centre of Lucca, 6.5 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake, 6.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'200 m2 with lawn, swimming pool round (8 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 09. May. - 10. Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01. Nov. - 15. Apr.. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Viareggio" 6.5 km. Schön gelegen.

+ hat und sehr gefallen + zwei separat getrennte Schlafbereiche + sehr gepflegte Umgebung + zuvorkommende Vermieter + Pool wurde extra für unsere Kinder länger unterhalten + grosse Küche - Spühlung der Toilette verursachte unangenehmen Lärm (soll jedoch behoben werden) - für grosse Gruppen sind die Pfannengrössen knapp bemessen

Une très belle demeure familiale

Une maison vaste et chaleureuse avec un magnifique extérieur. si vous souhaitez passer vos vacances en famille ou avec des amis ce lieu est parfait. La mer est tout à côté, les sites à visiter sont très proches et les fins de soirées à la piscine ou sur la terrasse sont magnifiques. Une perle rare!

Vakantiehuis Massarosa

Mooi huis, leuke locatie. Basisvoorzieningen waren niet ok. Twee badkamers, slecht één met warm water, vaatwasser werkte enkele dagen niet goed, zwembadwater was niet schoon, wc beneden loopt zeer moeilijk door. Verder geen 10 dezelfde glazen of tassen. Eigenaar liet wel een technieker komen om het probleem op te lossen en was wel vriendelijk. Een uiteindelijke oplossing kwam er niet. We hadden voor deze prijs toch andere verwachtingen.

Godt ophold i Villa le Casette

Vi var 2 familier på 2 x 5 personer. Huset var godt indrettet til at være 2 familier med en soveafdeling til hver på 1. sal. God pool og fine faciliteter i huset til at holde en god feire. God intro af værtspar som også var meget behjælpelige med lokale tips pr. sms og i en info bog i huset. Alt i alt rigtig god oplevelse. Småting vi ikke kunne lide: Dårlige madrasser, aircondition larmer så meget man ikke kan sove og må slukke for den, der er dobbeltlagner

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Großes Haus mit riesen Garten, für Kinder und Hunde top. Lage ist gut da man sehr schnell in der Stadt, am Strand, Restaurant, Bäcker usw. ist (mit dem Auto). Mit den Vermietern lief alles reibungslos. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Von daher klare Weiterempfehlung von uns :)

Lage und Ausstattung der Villa sind wirklich gut. Einzig bei den Betten darf man sich nicht zu viel erwarten. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Perfekte Villa für eine Woche mit Freunden. Traumhafter Ausblick. Gute Anbindung an Strand, Berge und Ausflugsorten wie Lucca und Pisa. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche um gute italienische Gerichte zu zaubern. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Gerne wieder.
