The house is located in a green and very quiet are where relaxation is guaranteed in its private garden of 1200sqm with views of the surrounding hills. It is located less than 11km from the beaches of Viareggio and is therefore an ideal starting point for a beach holiday, but also to visit all of the most beautiful cities like Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Florence and also Siena. A few minutes walk from the house and you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. Access to the property is via an automatic gate and a pedestrian gate. Within 3 parking spaces. The whole garden is fenced and illuminated by lights that are activated by remote control. From the parking a small 30 meters path leads to the main house, typical rustic with stones. In front it has a space with table and chairs surrounded by two olive trees that give shade in summer. On the back instead there is a barbecue and a wood oven. The large garden is laid out in terraces with olive trees, flowers and plants of various kinds. On the highest terrace is a small dependence with outdoor gazebo where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. The holiday home Maggiolina is divided on two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people: Ground floor: living room with sitting area with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV and wireless internet, a dining area with seating for 6 persons. Small bathroom with no shower. Kitchen with 4 cooking fires, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and moka coffee maker. From the kitchen, a door leads to the outside area with tables. First floor: room with two single beds and window overlooking the hills, master bedroom with views of hills and a small bathroom with tub / shower. One room is closed. The small dependence, ideal for a couple, is decorated in a very graceful manner: It consists of a single bed that turns into a double bed and sofa. Small dining table, TV, kitchenette with fridge and an induction heat. Bathroom with shower. Wir waren das erste mal in der Toskana, somit haben wir keine Vergleichswerte. Für unsere Zwecke war das Haus ( inkl. Gästehaus) perfekt. Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Siebenjährigen und zwei 14-jährigen Mädels gereist. Das Haus liegt sehr weit oben auf dem Berg, es ist ruhig und hat eine schöne Anlage, ist aber somit mit sehr viel Fahrtwegen verbunden aber das ist in der Gegend ja ohnehin so wenn man etwas sehen möchte. Die Mädels haben im Gästehaus geschlafen allerdings haben sie fast jede Nacht draußen geschlafen da es in der Hitze in dem Haus nicht auszuhalten war. Für die Zwei war das alles so ok, für Erwachsene würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Was die ##### Sandra M. Rustikales Interieurs von den Möbeln bis zum Geschirr. Wir fanden es großartig! Ein großer terrassenförmig angelegter Garten mit Sonnenschirm und -liegen, herrlichen Olivenbäumen und blühenden Sträuchern war unser persönlicher Relaxbereich. Einzig die Mücken waren sehr angriffslustig und nervig. Im Haus hätten wir uns eine Klimaanlage gewünscht, da auch nachts die Temperaturen teils unerträglich waren. Bei auftreteten Problemen waren die Vermieter zeitnah vor Ort und haben stets freundlich geholfen. Die im Haus vorhandene Alarmanlage sollte man sich zeigen lassen und nutzen. Alle wichtigen Läden wie Bäcker & Supermarkt sind im nächsten Ort verfügbar! In Bargecchia gibt es ein großartiges Restaurant was wirklich sehr zu empfehlen ist und in Piano di Conca gab es die beste Gelateria überhaupt! Etwas abgelegen aber sehr ruhig und ländlich, viele Kurven bis man da ist. Es ist alles da was man braucht, alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - wer nicht zu pingelig ist und den typischen Stil zu schätzen weiß, findet hier einen schönen Platz. Insbesondere die gut funktionierende Heizung war in den noch kühlen Tagen sehr willkommen. Das Bad ist sehr klein, das Duschen in der Sitzbadewanne mit etwas Akrobatik verbunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermiertern war sehr gut, sie sprechen deutsch und englisch und waren bei kleinen auftetenden Problemen sehr hilfsbereit und schnell. Tolle Gegend, schnell zum Meer und gute Ausgangsposition für schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Nah an Lucca und Pisa. Die Auffahrt ist etwas steil und nicht mit Autos zu befahren die etwas tiefer liegen, in unserem Fall ein Ford C Max, wir haben aufgesetzt beim auf und abfahren. Sehr liebe Eigentümerfamilie die redlich bemüht war und sich sofort um unser Anliegen gekümmert hat. Kein Platz für mitgebrachte Dinge in den Schränken von Küche und Wohnzimmer, durch etwas Umräumarbeit aber auch zu schaffen. Vor Urlaubsantritt haben wir nach Kinderbett und Hochstuhl gefragt und von der Agentur die Antwort bekommen, dass beides vorhanden wäre, dies ist nicht korrekt. Wir hatten aber vorsichtshalber alles dabei und somit war dies für uns unproblematisch. Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können dies Haus weiter empfehlen. ##### Jörg L.
