The house is an independent family house on two floors and with the following additional services: dishwasher, satellite TV, wifi, safe and alarm system.
The house, entirely at your disposal, has a large kitchen, a bright living room and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two large bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and finally an attic divided into two rooms used as a games room, with a sofa bed for any further need.
Outside a private panoramic garden with gazebo, barbecue and sink.

Amazing house. Really spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor space. The terrace was lovely with a stunning view of the surrounding nature and towns. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Absolutely recommend!

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Panorama. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Die Terasse mit Panorama ist traumhaft, lediglich die Autobahn hört man stetig im Hintergrund. Simone ist ein toller Gastgeber, der stets mit Tipps zur Seite stand und sich sehr um unsere Zufriedenheit bemüht hat. Die Lage des Hauses zum Bereisen von Lucca, Pisa, Siena und Florenz z.B. ist super.
